- Semi's genetics are odd, being something akin to half angel, a fourth demon, and a fourth human.
- Semiramis still has some of his quirks from when he was a young child. He's kept the responsibility he's learned and expanded on it (enough that he could be trusted with sensitive or important tasks) and he's picked up a habit of gathering all kinds of stuffed animals to go with it, thanks to the ones he was bought slowly as a child. He also is still somewhat clingy with Dante and Nero and tends to feel upset if he's all alone.
- He also carries Rabbit either concealed in his bag or in a special holder attached to his backpack, depending on what he needs and where he's going. While this is partly practical, it's mostly because he still loves Rabbit immensely and sees it as a comfort object. He also keeps Nevan on hand in the form of an X-shaped bracelet on his right wrist and Gilgamesh as a thin, fragile-appearing golden chain around his neck. If anyone asks where he got them, he just claims he doesn't recall.
- Being a teenager means that while he doesn't like to be isolated, he still does want some time to himself and sometimes wants and needs his own space, whether in having his own room or just having some time without having to talk to his dad or anyone else. He can also be sometimes moody or snap at people without meaning too, thanks to hormones, but he tries his best to curb that when he can.
- He also tends to be somewhat antisocial, not really interested in making friends unless he's approached by it first. He intentionally ignores subtext and turns down random invitations unless they interest him or he can sense the person's trying to actually get to know him for real, not just being polite. Or having an agenda.
- If someone actually wants to be friends, however, he will eventually warm up to them and act normal around them.
- He suffers from depression, though it's thankfully not too severe since not much can be done about it; medication doesn't work because his strong supernatural nature filters it out a lot. He's learned to cope, but it can still manifest as being unable to do even self-care things. He also has a depression shelf which is just a shelf of room-temperature and often flat soda that he drinks, despite many horrified reactions to it.
- Semi is still a gentle and kind person, even when being anti-social or distant. He does his best to help out people when he can, even if he doesn't gain, and he always treats everyone with respect and care whenever he can.
- This isn't to say he's a pushover. Semiramis, being trained as he is, can fight well even without being armed, and he won't take being pushed around. Bullies are often sent off with broken jaws, while those who take advantage of his kindness soon find him icy cold and unhelpful.
- His main weapon is Nevan, inherited from Dante once he was old enough to use her properly. He also uses a pair of magnums (Lux & Tenebris), mimicking his dad's style with Ebony and Ivory, and packs Gilgamesh for when he needs to go hand to hand. Curiously, Semiramis doesn't have a sword yet, preferring either brawling or Nevan's scythe form.
- He is actually quite skilled with technology thanks mostly to his uncle; Leon bought him an older cell phone (with a plan he keeps up), a couple of game systems, and his own laptop to work with. All of this tends to stay at DMC or only used at school, though, since he doesn't want to risk it being broken.
- Despite his age, he does take on jobs like Dante does, though (as a promise to his father) he stays out of the really huge ones. He also takes smaller jobs, such as acting as a courier or running errands, to help out with supporting himself and to pull his own weight. And, sometimes, to surprise his dad with something.
- He knows how to scavenge and camp, and he's somewhat of a decent cook; enough to make food that's decent enough that no one would have trouble eating it, but it isn't going to be a stunning or amazing meal. He can sometimes accidentally eat poisonous plants or mushrooms, though his demonic heritage usually makes this not a danger.
